i was trying something a little different here. dont know if i like it. instead of the real, overly detailed floral/vine work i usually do, i tried more of an abstract stamp look - i got the look from a bathroom tile at Home Depot - a watercolor print look. she loves it, but i really dont know how i feel about it. maybe b/c im so used to doing more detail. i dont know....

Actually, I like this! I think the vintage stamp look is pretty sweet! and if she's happy with it, isn't that what matters? :)

I like the vine because the green goes very good with the woman's fair skin and because there is no outline it looks kind of natural. Can you actually tatoo over liver spots? I thought it might be unhealthy or at least very painful...
I'm not sure about the blossoms. They are a little too symmetrical for my taste. But still, it's a very, very pretty tattoo!!!

its best to stay away from liver spots and dark beauty marks. i like the vines pretty much, but i agree with you that the flowers were too symmetrical. i dont like them and i shoulda varied them more. my wife calls them sliced cherry tomatoes! oops!! hahhaha
